Site blueprints for Epstein's personal Caribbean island included in the photographs.
Also contained in this new document disclosure seems to be a site plan for Great St James island, situated in the American territory.
Jeffrey Epstein bought a more modest island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the bigger adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos indicate he had created plans to transform the 161-acre island by building homes, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.
Marked on the plan is a local waterway, a strait in the region, noted on the bottom right.
This development map is annotated in handwritten red notes and includes a key labelling distinct parts of the land.
In addition to the main plan are what appear to be nine other construction diagrams and architectural plans, such as layouts for boat shelters.
Further materials disclosed as part of the current oversight release.
